B. Final Design Report (30 Percent Design <br />Submittal) <br />The Stantec team will review and respond to the City's <br />comments and feedback on the Preliminary Design Report <br />and incorporate feedback into the Final Design Report. <br />The report will include further development of preferred <br />alternative(s), preliminary hydraulic analysis, preliminary <br />electrical system analysis, preliminary control system <br />analysis, and identification of necessary permitting <br />requirements. At this time, Stantec will prepare 30 percent <br />design documents consisting of 30 percent drawings, a list <br />of anticipated technical specification sections, a Class 3 <br />OPCC, and an updated design schedule. A discussion of <br />any prepurchase items will also be documented. The Final <br />Design Report will be submitted to the City for review and <br />comment. <br />C. 60 Percent Design Submittal <br />After the Final Design Report approval, Stantec will <br />incorporate any City comments into the 60 percent design <br />documents. These drawings will generally include final <br />site plans, yard piping plan and profiles, general structural <br />details, structural sections, equipment lists, mechanical <br />plans and sections, general electrical details, electrical <br />single lines and equipment elevations, cable and conduit <br />schedules, control schematics, general instrumentation <br />details, and P&IDs. The 60 percent specification package <br />will include draft versions of the technical specification <br />sections. A Class 2 OPCC will be prepared for the 60 <br />percent design package. The project schedule will be <br />updated with current design deliverable dates, anticipated <br />biding phase dates, the estimated construction duration, <br />and the estimated system start-up date. Prepurchase <br />items will have necessary plans and specifications <br />prepared for bidding and early procurement. <br />D. 90 Percent Design Submittal <br />Upon 60 percent design approval, Stantec will incorporate <br />any City comments into the 90 percent design documents. <br />A complete set of detailed design drawings and finalized <br />technical specification sections will be provided. <br />The technical specification will include a Startup and <br />Commissioning section which identifies the goals, <br />systems, and commissioning process. The City's standard <br />bidding/contract provisions, general provisions, and or <br />special provisions (City's front-end documents) will be <br />prepared in draft form updated versions of the Class 2 <br />OPCC and the project schedule will be prepared. <br />E. Final Design (100 Percent Design Submittal) <br />After 90 percent design approval, Stantec will incorporate <br />any City comments into the final design documents for <br />bidding. Final design drawings will include general sheets, <br />demolition plans and details, and detailed civil, structural, <br />mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation sheets. <br />Landscaping designs can also be provided if necessary. <br />Drawings will be developed showing plan, profile, section, <br />and detail views for each discipline. Drawings will be <br />prepared in AutoCAD 2017version. Originals will be <br />prepared in 24" x 36' format. Electronic plans will be in <br />.dwg format.
