<br />disciplinary team that provided civil, structural,
<br />geotechnical, mechanical, electrical, and special
<br />engineering services for the upgrade, expansion, and
<br />seismic retrofit on a wide range of wastewater, water,
<br />and power facilities, including dams, reservoirs,
<br />tunnels, treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations,
<br />and power transmission facilities. The scope of
<br />services included preparing design and specifications
<br />documents, technical reviews, cost estimating, and
<br />value engineering on the Water System Improvement
<br />Program (WSIP) and non-WSIP projects. Jim
<br />provided 10 to 15 cost estimates under the contract,
