All requests for refunds
of tuition paid should be submitted to the School Manager in writing.
• All refunds will be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of cancellation or termination of training.
All monies paid are applied in the following order: Consumer Report Fee, DOT Drug Screen, DOT Physical, Lodging Expense. Any remaining
amounts will be applied towards tuition due.
TUITION REFUND CALCULATION
To calculate your tuition refund, divide the number of hours you actually attended by the total program hours of 180. Multiply the result of
that calculation times the full tuition amount of $7,495.00. As an example, Student A attends 110 hours of the full 180 hours program. If
the Student withdrew from training the refund would be calculated as follows: 110 hours attended / by 180 total program hours = .6111 x
$7,495 = $4,580.28. Student A would owe $4,580.28 in tuition. Any amounts paid in excess of $4,580.28 less additional expenses in-
curred would be refunded to Student A. If the amount Student A paid is less than $4,580.28, Student A would receive an invoice for the
balance due.
Formula: Hours Attended - Total Program Hours x $7,495.00 Total Tuition = $ Amount of Tuition Owed
ADDITIONAL EXPENSES
Additional expenses include but are not limited to hotel, meals, DOT physical, drug screens, California Student Tuition Recovery Fee,
transportation to and from Roadmaster, and other training related costs not included in the tuition and fees described above are NOT
subject to the cancellation and refund policy at Roadmaster and are non-refundable upon receipt of service.
www.roadmaster.com
