NY � <br />� 1 <br />JI I� <br />PHASE 5: BIDDING SUPPORT SERVICES <br />Task 5.1: Bidding Assistance <br />The design team will be available during the bid <br />process to assist City staff, provide clarification, <br />prepare addenda and respond to Requests for <br />Information (RFIs) and Requests for Clarification <br />(RFC's), analysis of alternates, supplementary <br />drawings, specifications review, attendance at <br />pre -bid meeting and bids review. <br />PHASE 6: CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION <br />SERVICES <br />Task 6.1: Construction Administration <br />MIG will review and approve addenda, change <br />orders, material submittals, contractor equipment <br />submittals, shop drawings, and clarifications to <br />drawings and specifications. MIG will also conduct <br />weekly site visits and provide monthly reports on <br />construction progress and change order status. The <br />MIG Team will attend a preconstruction site review <br />meeting with the awarded contractor and City staff. <br />Additionally, MIG will meet at the City's request at <br />the project site and review installation. <br />MIG will participate in construction progress <br />meetings and final site reviews as required and <br />prepare meeting minutes. All site improvement <br />inspections will be performed by the public service <br />agency inspectors representing the City. MIG will <br />prepare the punch list for final completion, facilitate <br />"as -built" drawings received from the contractor, <br />and co -approve with the City the certificate of final <br />completion. <br />Phase 6 Deliverables: Monthly Reports, Site <br />Review, Meeting Minutes, Submittals, Punch List, <br />As -Built Drawings, and Electronic Files <br />City of Santa Ana I On -Call Landscape Architectural Services 12 <br />
