City of Santa Ana <br />Local Signal Synchronization Plan <br />A. Traffic Management Center <br />The TMC provides City staff with a <br />centralized command and control of all <br />City traffic signals. It supports all <br />current and future Intelligent <br />Transportation Systems (ITS) field <br />devices and technologies.
