FAILURE TO FULFILL FINANCIAL OBLIGATION <br />Students who do not pay or do not have an approved <br />arrangement to pay the Applicable quarter Cost on or before the <br />first day of the course of study in the Enrolled quarter, are not in <br />good financial standing with the school, m who have an <br />outstanding financial obligation to the school may not be eligible <br />to (1) receive an official transcript, and/or (2) receive any books or <br />materials the student is scheduled to receive, and/or (3) receive <br />verification or confirmation of his or her status at the school, <br />including verification requests from third parties, and/or (4) <br />receive placement services, and/or (5) receive student services, <br />and/or (6) receive academic services, which includes access to and <br />use of education facilities. In order to remain enrolled in a course, <br />a student must be in good financial standing with the school by <br />the end of the Add/Drop Period of the respective course. If a <br />student is not placed on good financial standing by the end of the <br />Add/Drop Period of a course, then s/he will be dropped from the <br />respective course. If a student is dropped from a course due to his <br />or her financial standing and is not placed on good financial <br />standing by the end of the term of the respective course, then <br />s/he may be withdrawn from the school. The determination of <br />whether or not a student is in good financial standing with the <br />school is solely decided by the school consistent with school <br />policies and Is based on the funding arrangements with third <br />party agencies or entities, the balance on a student's account, the <br />amount of past due payments, and the length of time the said <br />payments have been past due. <br />LATE FEES <br />Billing statements are distributed two (2) weeks ahead of when <br />they are due. Students have a five (5) day grace period after the <br />day the payment Is due. If no payment has been received by the <br />end of the grace period, the student may be charged an additional <br />$25 late fee. The school reserves the right to reduce any Late Fee <br />for any extenuating circumstances at the schools sole and <br />absolute discretion. <br />Financial Aid <br />Page 17 of 69 <br />
