Assurances. & Certifications Seleoted providers will be required to sign and submit "actual" assurances and certificates as required by the City of Santa Ana and the Workforce Development Board on all contracts. Contractors must enter program(s) .of training services into CaIJOBS. The training provider should only enter the progie n(s) desired to be on the CA ETPL If the program is offered with multiple modes of delivery; or course lengths, the program must be entered separately for each variation. SAWDB has authorized the South Bay WDB to make initial and subsequent eligibility determinations for application�ubmitted from providers.
