l) Bureau of Private Postsecondary Education Approval to Operate, or Verification of <br />Exemption by BPPE, <br />2) Accreditation by the Accrediting Commission for Senior Colleges and Universities, WASC, <br />or the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges, CSU, UC, and other <br />WASC accredited institutions. This accreditation can be verified at: www.acclo.org/ or <br />www,wascsenior.orpl. <br />3) Postsecondary institutions eligible under Title IV of the Higher Education Act (BEA) and <br />offering programs leading toward an associate 'degree, baccalaureate degree, or certificate, <br />4) Approval by the California Department of Education, <br />5) Approval by the Chancellor's Office of the California Community Colleges (CCCCO). <br />} CONTRACTOR must reapply to be considered for subsequent approval on the ETPL and agrees to <br />provide the required performance and cost information data, <br />4A CONTRACTOR must annually ,meet the state's minimum performance standards, however the <br />SAWD'B may set higher levels, Public Postsecondary Community Colleges, CSUs, and UCs arc <br />required to provide performa cc information for consideration of placement on the CA ETPL, but <br />due to heavy state oversighttwestment, and the inability to capture sae program outcome data, <br />these institution types are not xequired to meet a specific performance threshold to be listed on the <br />CA BTPL. <br />I p CONTRACTOR's BPPE accredited shall provide a copy of the provider's BPPE Annual Report (the <br />Performance Fact Sheet) to document their achievement of the performance criteria if applicable„ <br />ALL Training on the ETPL must be for occupations in in -demand industry wctons identified by the <br />state,, regional or local workforce development boards. <br />sQ All Training on the BTFL must provide training services that lead to an industry -recognized <br />credential, national or state certificate, or degree, including all industry appropriate competencies, <br />licensing and/or certification requirements, <br />4�L CONTRACTOR understands that all performance data and data submitted on the ETPL must be <br />made available for data verification by the SAWDB or the State EDD office, <br />CONTRACTOR must maintain all the relevant records utilized to support the data submitted on <br />ETPL for audit, or monitoring purposes by the SAWDB or the State EDD office. <br />S12 CONTRACT -OR :that claim an exemption to BPPE (Section 4874 of the BPPE Act), must <br />apply and receive a "Verification of Exemption" before being listed on the ETPL, Since it has been <br />determined that any expenditure of public funds, state or federal, that directly benefits astudent to be <br />student financial assistance, we expect that instances of exemption will be very rare. <br />CONTRACTOR must have all considered training programs listed with the BPPE, the SAWDB <br />may verity the data that was submitted to BPPE. <br />4. Z All new and current CONTRACTOR will be required to be registered in CaIJOBS11 and must have <br />all considered training programs listed with the BPPE match on Ca1JOBS. <br />2 EXHIBIT 0 <br />
