<br />Scott is a Project Engineer for transportation, multi -family and detached
<br />residential subdivisions, roadway improvements, and water quality projects.
<br />His experience includes designing and preparing of preliminary and final
<br />grading and improvement plans, and PS&E. Project tasks include grading,
<br />earthwork, utilities, streets, drainage facilities and quantities and cost
<br />estimates. Scott has served as QA/QC manager as well as design and plan
