Jayne <br />manages staff and oversees the preparation of hydrologic and hydraulic <br />analyses and the design of Best Management Practices (BMPs) to meet <br />water quality objectives. She is well -versed in designing Low Impact <br />Development (LID) and Hydromodification Management facilities. She is an <br />expert in storm water regulations and prepares Notices of Intent (NOIs) and <br />Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs).
