<br />Brooke's career includes a range of policy planning, development project
<br />planning, urban design, and environmental planning experience for both the
<br />public and private sectors. She worked on general plans, community plans,
<br />corridor and specific plans, master plans, redevelopment, mixed -use and
<br />TOD development, regional energy plans, public health, urban greening,
<br />and public engagement. She was the Project Manager for the City of San
<br />Diego Planning As -Needed Services contract which included the preparation
<br />of community plans, specific plans, and master plans. Brooke has expertise
<br />with land use -transportation integration, context -sensitive development,
<br />energy -efficient land use planning, and stakeholder and public outreach with
<br />a particular skill in facilitating issue resolution. Brooke has also served as a
<br />direct extension of staff for numerous agencies.

<br />Britt is the Lead Economic Analyst at RICK. He has led numerous
<br />community planning efforts over the last 20 years, including General Plans
<br />for municipalities, corridor plans, streetscape plans, neighborhood plans,
<br />and downtown plans. Britt has completed market studies, including housing
<br />studies and fiscal analyses, for numerous General Plans. He has regularly
<br />led public and community outreach efforts and worked with stakeholders
<br />and client groups to prepare planning documents.
<br />Relevant Project Experience
<br />♦ Valley Center Community Plan Update, Valley Center, CA: Britt is the
<br />Economic Analysis lead for this community plan which includes a market
<br />study, detailed housing analysis, feasibility analyses, scenario development
<br />proforma analysis, and a fiscal impact analysis.
<br />♦ North Vista Plaza Proforma, Calaveras County, CA: Britt completed
<br />proforma and financial analyses to determine the appropriate pricing strategy
<br />for a new residential community. The research drew from local market
<br />information and data concerning home sales in the Calaveras County market.
<br />♦ On -Call Economic Analysis Services, County of San Diego, CA: Britt is
<br />completing economic analysis services as part of an on -call planning contract
<br />that RICK Community Planning has with the County of San Diego.
