<br />Patricia is a Principal at RICK and has more than 35 years of experience
<br />providing landscape architectural services to Southern California. As a
<br />registered landscape architect in California, a certified planner, and a LEED
<br />AP, she has planned and designed numerous public projects throughout
<br />San Diego and the Los Angeles basin. Her projects have received awards
<br />from organizations including CMAA, ASCE, APWA, ULI, APA, ASLA, and
<br />NAVFAC. Throughout her career, Patricia has been an active practitioner
<br />of sustainable design, responsible for spearheading projects through LEED
<br />certification. Patricia is the Landscape Architect of Record for a dozen
<br />projects at the San Diego International Airport; she has shifted the Airport's
<br />philosophy to embrace a regional, drought -tolerant landscape that cost
<br />significantly less for the Airport to maintain, plus has a longer lifecycle.

<br />monument preservation, settlement monitoring, boundaries, utility systems
<br />mapping, and right-of-way and easement determinations.
