Atwood Multi -Purpose Trail PLACENTIA, CA 12021—ONGOING The proposed Atwood Multi -Purpose Trail is 0.6 miles along the Atwood Channel in the City of Placentia. The purpose of this Project Approval & Environmental Document (PA/ ED) phase is to identify a preferred trail alignment; explore the feasibility of trail crossings at roads and railroads; identify opportunities for access points that connect the trail to neighborhoods, parks, schools, and transit; and environmentally clear the project. Alta is providing overall project management, leading the development of concept plans, preliminary cost estimates, feasibility study, community outreach, hydrology report, and coordinating extensively with OC Flood Control District and Caltrans Local Assistance. TOS 8 Curb Ramp Designs LOS ANGELES, CA 12021—ONGOING Alta is currently working with the Los Angeles Bureau of Engineering (LABOE) on prioritized infrastructure improvements that promote efficient modes of travel which focus on safety, inclusion, and sustainability around the City. The projects are driven by LABOE's partnerships with LADOT which is utilizing Measure M and local funds to enhance traffic safety at desired destinations throughout the 12 Council Districts in the City. The projects are the Backlog Reduction Program, Vision Zero Initiative, and South Bay MSP Curb Ramps, and Traffic Infrastructure Facilities which includes upgrading over 180 non-ADA compliant curb ramps to the City's current standard plan (S-442-6). The Measure M multi -year program funding source is requiring the project schedule to be condensed and expedited. Knowing this, Alta is committed to the ambitious schedule and is currently delivering the design on -time and within budget.
