<br />Sofi Enterprise Service Management (ESM) framework is a key component of our Service Integration and Implementation

<br />local agencies, and not -for -profit authorities. Our ESM adopts ITIL v3, and ISO 9001:2015 proven practices, CMMI ML5 for process
