We are committed to maintaining transparency with our customers <br />and if required by City, we agree to the open book accounting and submit financial statements upon <br />contract award. <br />Service Provider <br />SoftHQ's capabilities to meet the Temporary Personnel Services' staffing needs of City, stems from its <br />Capabilities <br />recruiting capabilities financial stability, and its diversified business model. Our experienced recruiters <br />work on a pro -active and re -active basis to meet the staffing needs of our clients. Our internal controls <br />ensure that the recruiters are highly motivated and skilled performers and that they are well versed in <br />Temporary Personnel Services. <br />Account and <br />SoftHQ's account and program management structure is robust and provides rapid decision <br />Program <br />implementation capabilities to meet ever changing needs of the staffing industry.
