Shall <br />verify that all Trade personnel listed in the <br />daily log are also listed in the certified payroll <br />and shall conduct weekly employee interviews, <br />one for each trade, and submit verification with <br />the monthly progress payments. <br />SYRUSA will monitor prevailing wage forms <br />and requirements for conformation to the <br />prevailing wage rates on a weekly basis. <br />SYRUSA will verify that all Trade personnel <br />listed in the daily log are also listed in the <br />certified payroll. <br />23.Task/Deliverable: Labor <br />Compliance <br />• Provide Labor Compliance monitoring. <br />• Monitor prevailing wage forms and <br />requirements for conformation to the prevailing <br />wage rates on a weekly basis. This includes <br />verifying that all Trade personnel listed in the <br />daily log are also listed in the certified payroll. <br />• Verification of prevailing wage must be <br />provided with the monthly progress payments. <br />These services must be provided, so the labor <br />compliance consultant is at the discretion of <br />the Consultant. <br />• SYRUSA will monitor prevailing wage forms <br />and requirements for conformation to the <br />prevailing wage rates on a weekly basis. <br />• SYRUSA will verify that all Trade personnel <br />listed in the daily log are also listed in the <br />certified payroll. <br />24.Task/Deliverable: CWA <br />• Shall coordinate and assist the City's <br />Community Work Force Agreement (CWA) <br />requirement. <br />• Consultant shall monitor and enforce the CWA <br />forms and requirements to ensure compliance. <br />• Verification should be provided with the <br />monthly progress payments. <br />• SYRUSA will monitor CWA forms and <br />requirements for compliance a weekly basis. <br />25.Task/Deliverable: Close Out - <br />City <br />Responsible for all project closeout <br />items, such as: As -Built plans and related <br />documentation, punch list completion, before <br />and after pictures, commissioning, and review, <br />receive, and approve all warrantee documents <br />for record. <br />Follow the procedures outlined in Chapter 17 <br />Project Completion of LAPM. We accomplish <br />this by beginning the process early in the <br />project. <br />26.Task/Deliverable: Close Out - <br />Caltrans <br />Prepare all close out documents for Caltrans <br />Project Close Out. <br />Organize documents in the manner categories <br />for easy search and access in the event of an <br />audit. In the event of an audit to occur, City will <br />amend the contract to include audit support <br />services. <br />Follow the procedures outlined in Chapter 17 <br />Project Completion of LAPM. We accomplish <br />this by beginning the process early in the <br />project. <br />27.Task/Deliverable: Field Office <br />• Field office is to be provided by the <br />Construction Contractor for weekly <br />construction progress meetings and any other <br />meetings as needed. <br />• Work with Contractor in advance to ensure a <br />field office is provided. <br />28.Task/Deliverable: Office <br />Engineering <br />• Provide and maintain all meeting minutes and <br />notes <br />• Preparing meeting notes and minutes, with <br />tracking logs. <br />• Emailed to all participants and stakeholders. <br />• With continuous follow-up. <br />touncil 20 — 145 7/18/2023 PACE 137 <br />S Y R U tyi! <br />
