WA <br />Schedule <br />Our team has evaluated the plans and developed a <br />schedule tomcomplete the project based upon the <br />scope of work detailed in the RFP, Exhibit 2.1 on <br />page 39. <br />The schedule uses January 1, 2024, as a <br />benchmark date for NTP. Incorporating the time <br />of construction award to NTP for the contractor to <br />submit the required submittals. The SYRUSA Team <br />proactively works with the contractor to identify the <br />submittal and incorporates review times into the <br />schedule. <br />=111, If1� <br />-MO--� Ml , <br />The Fairview bridge work is the critical path, the <br />SYRUSA Team, as bridge experts will work with the <br />contractor to complete the project before the specific <br />500 working days. <br />Task1 1, Pre -construction services will be <br />accomplished upon receiving NTP from the City, to <br />allow as much time to for our reviews and analysis <br />to be incorporated into the Contract Documents for <br />advertisement of construction bidding.
