TASK 1 <br />I <br />TASK 2 <br />6 <br />DEVELOP INTERACTIVE AND WEB -BASED <br />WATER QUALITY REPORTS <br />■ Meet with staff to determine format, content topics and <br />deadlines, ensuring delivery date of final document to staff by <br />June 1 of each year <br />■ Coordinate with the Executive Director of the Public Works <br />Agency and Deputy Public Works Director/Water Resources <br />Manager to ensure their messages reflect the organization's <br />vision and priorities <br />■ Create a custom infographic that highlights accomplishments <br />detailed in the annual report, such as AMI deployment, new <br />wells and infrastructure upgrades <br />■ Research and write 12 staff -determined articles, including <br />messages from leadership <br />■ Provide visual concepts for staff review, including branded icons, <br />photography and infographics, and incorporate water quality <br />data and tables <br />■ Translate content to Spanish and other languages as needed <br />■ Update information on the Water Quality Report up to four times <br />per year <br />■ Deliver document in PDF format for printing <br />■ Audit current strategic partnerships and provide suggestions to <br />build, foster and leverage current and potential connections <br />DEVELOP A MULTI -YEAR STRATEGIC PLAN <br />■ Leverage the strategic planning work our firm completed in <br />2022, which included three workshops with leadership and <br />management team members, a TOWS assessment, and <br />creation of the Division's mission, vision and values, as well as <br />goals and objectives within key topic areas <br />■ Plan and facilitate an additional round of meetings to gather <br />updates and fill any information gaps from the previous effort <br />■ Create draft Strategic Plan that sets the Division's course over <br />the next three to five years and includes success metrics and <br />implementation schedule <br />■ Finalize Strategic Plan based on client feedback <br />
