CENTERS <br />of alcohol by a student on NTMA property or as part of any NTMA activity is prohibit <br />- <br />ed.Any student of NTMATraining Centers found to be abusing alcohol or using, <br />possessing, manufacturing or distributing controlled substances in violation of the law on <br />NTMA property or at any NTMA events shall be subject to disciplinary action. Students <br />who violate this policy may be subject to suspension and/or expulsion from NTMA <br />Training Centers. <br />Copyright Infringement Policy <br />NTMATraining Centers requires all students and faculty to comply with applicable <br />federal, state, and local laws, including copyright laws. <br />Copyright infringement is the act of exercising, without permission or legal <br />authority.These rights include the right to reproduce or distribute copyrighted work. <br />In the file -sharing programs, context, downloading or uploading substantial parts of a <br />copyrighted work without legal authority constitute infringement. <br />Violators of this policy will also be subject to penalties including administrative sanction <br />and disciplinary action. <br />For more information, please see the Web site of the U.S. Copyright Office at <br />www.copyright.gov and www.copyright.gov/help/faq. <br />Attendance <br />Students are expected to attend all classes. Regular attendance and punctuality prepares <br />the student for a successful career. During the training, students are expected to arrange <br />their schedule to make non -emergency appointments before or after hours. In case of <br />an emergency or serious Illness, NTMA must be notified within the first hour of class <br />operation or instruction each day of absence. <br />Students must attend at least 80% of the scheduled hours of the program for each <br />module. If a student has not attended at least 80% of the scheduled class hours in any <br />module, they will be placed on probation for the next module. If a student fails to meet <br />the minimum attendance requirements during the probation period, the student will be <br />notified in writing and may be terminated from the program.
