BUTIER <br />Kyle Morpelm, P.E. <br />Project Manager <br />Resident Engineer, Milliken 101D Zone Pump Station; Chino, CA; Chino <br />Basin Desalter Authority (Completion: 2014; Value- $1.3 million) —The <br />,scope of work includes the following potable water improvements: construction <br />of a ventilated CMU Pump Station, 198 LF of 116-Inch discharge pip)nq and <br />intarconnecton to an existing 30-inch transmission line, and 24-inch suction <br />piping and interconnection to an existing 24-inch transmission line; installation of <br />3 vertical turbine pumps and associated piping, fittings, valves, appurtenances, <br />electrical instrumentation, and controls; and site Improvements, including grading <br />and paving and restoration of existing improvements. <br />Technical Advisor, Moffett Drive and Park Avenue Roadway Extension <br />Project; City of Tustin, Public Works (Completion, 2016; Value: $14.5 <br />million) —Mr. Morgheirn provided construction management services for the <br />Moffett Drive anii Park Avenue Extension Roadway Project, The project included <br />the removal and compaction of 250,000 CY of removal and compaction of soil; <br />275,000 SP of subgracle preparation and street fine grading; and 4,000 LF of <br />reinforced concrete box storm drain. The project also includes the construction of <br />street improvements, paving, utility installation, sioning, traffic installation, <br />landscaping, and irrigation. Approximately 15,000 CY of concrete was used to <br />construct the reinforced concrete box storm drain, which includes lateral storm <br />drains with catch basins. Major dewatering efforts and shoring under the <br />Jamboree Bridge at Moffett Drive presented significant challenges that Butier <br />coordinated with success, <br />Technical Advisor, Peter's Canyon Channel and Moffett Drive Bridge <br />Construction and Street Improvements Project; City of Tustin, Public <br />Works (EstImated Completion: 2018)—Mr- Morgheim is providing <br />construction management services for the Peters Canyon Channel and <br />Moffett Drive Bridge Construction and Street Improvements Project. The <br />scope of work consists of removing the existing bridge and constructing a <br />single sparl cast -in -place concrete box girder bridge approximately 108 feet in <br />length and 73.25 feet in width. The work also includes an architectural steel <br />arch on each side of the bridge. In addition to the construction of briqiqe, the <br />work shall include, but not limited to construction of barriers, sidewalks, wing - <br />walls, foundation, railings, structure excavation, backfill, drainage, and bridge <br />lighting. The channtfl work includes Oemol(tion, widening, and relining <br />approximately 5,000 feet of the existing channel within the Cities of Tustin <br />and Irvine. The channel scope of work also includes construction of new <br />storm drain lines, extension of existing storm drain lines, and road <br />undercrossings, <br />Technical Support, Armstrong Avenue & Warner Avenue Extension <br />Phase 2 Street Improvements, City of Tustin (Completion 2015; Value <br />$13.2 milllon)—Mr. Morlheim provided technical support services for the <br />Armstrong/Warner Ave. Extension Phase 2 project. The vope of work <br />included roadway improvements, traffic signals, landscape, dry utility, <br />waterline, and reclaimed water and sewer line construction on the following <br />streets: Armstrong Avenue Extension from Warner Avenue to Barranca <br />Parkway and Warner Avenue Extension frorn Red Hill Avenue to Tustin <br />Ranch Road. <br />
