Orange County WDBs 2023 Biennial Modification to PY 2021-24 Unified Local Plan <br />20 <br /> <br />Supplementing the above facilities is the Orange County WDB mobile AJCC, which <br />provides services from community and business locations throughout the county. <br /> <br />The OCWDB will relocate the Garden Grove AJCC to Brea by June 2023. In addition, a <br />new site will open in South Orange County in Laguna Hills in 2023. <br /> <br />Santa Ana WDB AJCC <br /> <br />Santa Ana WORK Center <br />801 West Civic Center Drive, Suite 200 <br />Santa Ana, CA 92701 <br /> <br />Anaheim WDB AJCC <br /> <br />Anaheim Workforce Connection <br />201 South Anaheim Blvd. <br />Anaheim, CA 92805 <br /> <br />Adult and Dislocated Worker Program Services <br /> <br />The three local boards offer a wide range of services for job seekers enrolled in the WIOA <br />Title I Adult and Dislocated Worker programs. Services meet the needs of individuals with <br />various levels of education and work experience and job seekers from vulnerable <br />populations who may have one or more barriers to employment. Services are designed <br />to prepare participants for entry-level and higher positions with businesses in and around <br />Orange County, particularly businesses within the priority sectors that are identified in the <br />Orange RPU PY 21-24 Regional Plan. <br /> <br />The AJCC system offers three levels of career services: Basic Career Services, <br />Individualized Career Services, and Training Services. These are supplemented by <br />follow-up services. Services are provided in no specific sequence. Instead, services are <br />tailored to meet the needs of individuals while still allowing for tracking outcomes for <br />reporting purposes. <br /> <br />Basic Career Services: Basic Career Services are made available to all individuals and <br />include: <br /> <br />• Outreach, intake, and orientation to services that are available to all job seekers <br />• Determinations of eligibility for WIOA. Individuals who do not meet WIOA eligibility <br />criteria may continue accessing basic career services and be referred to partner <br />programs and other community-based agencies <br />• Initial assessments of skill levels are conducted that address literacy, numeracy, and <br />English language proficiency, as well as aptitudes, abilities, and supportive service <br />needs <br />EXHIBIT 2
