Tabulated comment responses for Draft PDR review form (Electronic, pdf format). <br />Task 3 - 30% Design <br />Based on the design concepts and criteria established in the Draft PDR, the EEC Team will prepare a Final PDR to serve as <br />the 30% design submittal package. Drawings will be prepared using AutoCAD format. Drawings will be set up with 22" x <br />34" format for submittal and can be reduced to half scale I I" x 17" size for bidding purposes. The 30% design is anticipated <br />to contain the following information: <br />• General and civil site layouts <br />o Land acquisitions, if applicable <br />o Preliminary horizontal and vertical alignment <br />o Pipeline Design Criteria <br />■ Size, wall thickness, lining, coating, and cover requirements <br />■ Preliminary pipe pressure, thickness, joint and fitting design <br />■ Preliminary trench cross sections <br />o Well 26 Sand Separator Criteria <br />o In -line Booster Pump Station Criteria <br />o PFAS IX Treatment Design Criteria <br />■ Cartridge pre -filters <br />■ Number of trains and vessels <br />■ IX wash water supply (WWS) and wash water waste (WWW) <br />■ System appurtenances <br />• Mechanical piping and equipment layouts <br />• Structural <br />• Electrical site layout, single -line diagram with power source <br />• Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) <br />• Identification of any fatal flaws <br />• Finalized design criteria <br />• Estimated project schedule <br />• 30 Percent Design Drawings (see anticipated drawing list below) <br />Deliverables <br />Final PDR with 30% Design Drawings (Electronic, pdf format). <br />30% Design List of Specifications (Electronic, pdf format). <br />30% Cost Estimate (Electronic, pdf format). <br />EEC Environmental 16 November 17, 2022 <br />
