PROPOSAL FOR <br />On -Call Engineering Design Services <br />Mark Wilf, PhD, Water Quality, provides his <br />expertise to clients in the engineering and <br />scientific community worldwide and participates in <br />professional forums defining future directions for <br />membrane technology and application <br />development. This includes membrane <br />technology for reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, <br />ultrafiltration, and microfiltration technologies <br />applied for water desalination, potable water <br />treatment, and industrial and municipal <br />wastewater reclamation. <br />William Johnson, 3D CADD, has more than <br />20 years of CADD experience covering electrical, <br />telecommunications, roadway, highway, traffic, <br />freeway, and watertrecycled waterlwastewater <br />design and drafting using AutoCAD, Revit, and <br />Civil 3D. Mr. Johnson works with various staff <br />members to meet the needs of our designers as <br />well as our clients. He has experience <br />coordinating multi -office, multi -discipline projects <br />that utilize the latest Autodesk application <br />software, industry -leading technologies, and <br />managing project documents so the client <br />receives a complete set of required documents. <br />Design Team #2 <br />Beverly Encina, PE, Design Team Lead, brings <br />to the team over 20 years of experience in <br />analysis, design, and construction management <br />for various types of public works projects <br />including, but not limited to, water treatment <br />plants, wells, water booster pump stations, <br />reservoirs, hydraulic analysis, storm drainage <br />systems, and site improvement design. Beverly <br />has recently worked with the team on four PFAS <br />water treatment plants and one PFAS well study. <br />Corey Hess, PE, Civil Lead, Corey has 19 years <br />of professional experience in the design and <br />master planning of water, wastewater, and <br />recycled water pipelines, pump stations and <br />reservoirs. He has led the design and performed <br />project management tasks on pump station, <br />pipeline, master planning and hydraulic analysis <br />reports. Corey is knowledgeable in the use of <br />computer software including, AutoCAD, hydraulic <br />modeling software, and various hydraulic analysis <br />spreadsheets and programs. <br />Peter Yu, PE, Process/Mechanical, with <br />15 years of experience in the water and <br />wastewater industry including six years managing <br />associate engineers; Peter is a specialist in <br />PFAS Treatment Systems <br />wastewater and stormwater systems, industrial <br />wastewater regulatory requirements, and water <br />reduction strategies. He has experience with <br />indirect potable reuse, advanced water <br />purification systems, pump stations, conveyance <br />systems, injection and monitoring wells, and <br />wastewater systems and plants. <br />Eric Yuen, PE, SE, Structural, has over <br />15 years of experience in the design, analysis and <br />detailing in structural engineering. He is <br />knowledgeable in reinforced concrete, masonry, <br />structural steel and wood frame design, and <br />construction for a variety of building and <br />infrastructure projects including reservoirs, <br />water/wastewater treatment facilities, as well as <br />seismic retrofit of existing structures. <br />Doug Seaman, Electrical, I&C, responsibilities <br />include the design and specification of <br />instrumentation systems that monitor, control, and <br />record the various stages of crude oil as it <br />progresses through the refining process. More <br />recently, he has stepped into the role of control <br />system programming and configuration which <br />involves the Honeywell Distributed Control <br />System and its link with various Programmable <br />Logic Controllers. <br />James Christopher, PE, BCEE, Water Quality, <br />is a Vice President and the practice leader for <br />drinking water treatment for Tetra Tech. His <br />knowledge of water chemistry and water <br />infrastructure design makes him highly qualified in <br />defining, evaluating, and implementing water <br />quality solutions to the most challenging <br />problems. James has 42 years of professional <br />engineering experience and is highly qualified in <br />environmental engineering, with special expertise <br />in water resources, water quality and treatment, <br />reverse osmosis and nanofiltration, granular <br />activated carbon, pumping system <br />analysis/station design, facility planning, <br />construction and administration, and overall <br />project administration and coordination. <br />Kyle Matsumoto, 3❑ CADD, has experience in <br />the design of various water/wastewater <br />municipality projects such as advanced water <br />purification systems, hydraulic modeling, <br />nanofiltration and advanced membrane treatment <br />plants, booster pump stations, pipeline distribution <br />systems, wells, and reservoirs, <br />TETRA TECH Page 16 <br />
