<br />Tom Epperson, PE, Client Manager, has more
<br />than 41 years of professional experience in water,
<br />wastewater, and reclaimed water engineering;
<br />and has completed the design, bidding, and
<br />construction management of over 300 miles of
<br />water/reclaimed water sewer mains,
<br />40 water/reclaimed water pump stations, 15 well
<br />head facilities, 12 sewer lift stations and
<br />25 water/reclaimed water storage reservoirs
<br />throughout Southern California. Using experience
<br />from his 20-plus year relationship with the City's
<br />Water Resources team, Tom will share his
<br />knowledge with the Team to produce projects of
<br />the highest -quality.
<br />Mark Bush, PE, Technical AdvisorlQA1QC, has
<br />more than 28 years of professional experience in
<br />water, wastewater and recycled water
<br />engineering. He has been responsible for the
<br />completion of over 100 miles of potable water,
<br />recycled water and sewer mains, 20 potable
<br />water and recycled water pump station and well
<br />projects and 14 potable and recycled water
<br />reservoirs.
<br />Gary Revoir, PE, Technical AdvisorlQA1QC,
<br />has more than 34 years of professional
<br />experience which encompasses a full range of
<br />wastewater collection, transmission, treatment,
<br />and effluent disposal planning, as well as water
<br />supply, treatment, and distribution. His experience
<br />also Includes funding, permitting, final design,
<br />construction administration, start-up, and project
<br />management with emphasis on advanced water
<br />and wastewater treatment processes, including
<br />potable reuse.
<br />Alan Ludwig, Technical AdvisorlQA1QC, has
<br />more than 45 years of construction experience as
<br />project manager, estimator and company
<br />manager of heavy engineering construction
<br />projects in the water and wastewater field,
<br />including hazardous waste remedial projects, fuel
<br />tank removal/replacement projects, and all
<br />phases of pipeline, pumping facilities, treatment,
<br />and waste disposal projects. Alan is most familiar
<br />with constructing treatment systems using GAC,
<br />IX, and centralized treatment.

<br />Kara Buttacavoli, PE, design Team Lead, has
<br />25 years of experience in analysis, design, and
<br />construction management for various types of
<br />public works projects. She is experienced with
<br />PFAS Treatment Systems
<br />treatment design using GAC, IX, and centralized
<br />treatment approaches. Kara has recently
<br />completed the design of six other PFAS plants
<br />ranging in size from 4 to 25 MGD. She fully
<br />understands all the tasks needed for completing
<br />this type of project. Kara will provide overall
<br />design direction, coordination, and technical
<br />oversight.
<br />Crisna Raymond, PE, Civil Lead, has 25 years
<br />of professional experience in water, wastewater,
<br />site grading, construction and roadway
<br />engineering. She has been responsible for the
<br />planning, design and construction support of
<br />water/wastewater and transportation projects. Her
<br />water/wastewater projects include pipelines,
<br />wells, ump stations, reservoirs, treatment
<br />facilities, site improvements and site grading.
<br />Crisna has worked on the design and was the
<br />Construction Manager on the recently completed
<br />PFAS plants in Orange County.
<br />Amanda Taylor, PE, Process/Mechanical,
<br />brings to the team extensive experience in
<br />process engineering for water treatment facilities.
<br />In her 13 years of experience she has provided
<br />analysis, studies, design, and construction
<br />management for various types of public works
<br />projects including five PFAS projects, two
<br />advanced water treatment plants and numerous
<br />wellhead treatment plants for nitrates, iron,
<br />manganese, and TDS.
<br />Victor Ramirez, PE, SE, Structural, has over
<br />41 years of structural engineering design
<br />experience with special emphasis in the design of
<br />water storage/water containment and water
<br />conveyance related structures. This includes
<br />various types of public works projects including
<br />five PFAS projects. Victor will be responsible for
<br />the design of all the structures, management and
<br />oversight of the structural design team, and
<br />interdisciplinary coordination.
<br />Mazen Kassar, PE, Electrical, I&C, is
<br />experienced in the electrical design of water and
<br />wastewater facilities, system studies, power
<br />distribution, emergency power supply, motor and
<br />instrumentation control. During his 30 years of
<br />experience his projects have included designing
<br />water and wastewater facilities, desalination
<br />plants, lift stations, pump stations, drinking water
<br />wells, pipelines, and odor control systems. Mazen
<br />has also worked with the team on the recently
<br />completed PFAS plants in Orange County.
