<br />EXHIBIT 3 <br />WISEPlace PSH <br />North Broadway Housing Partners LP <br />In addition to the services provided by WISEPlace, the Orange County Health Care Agency <br />(OCHCA) will provide individualized services for the fourteen (14) Mental Health Services Act <br />residents. <br />Population Served <br />47 of the units will be restricted to households with income levels at or below the 30 percent AMI <br />level, with one two-bedroom manager’s unit. 25 of the units are restricted at 30 percent AMI and <br />will have project-based vouchers, administered by the City of Santa Ana Housing Authority. 14 <br />of the units will be Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) units, which provides funding for housing <br />for persons with serious mental illness who are chronically homeless, homeless, or at-risk of being <br />homeless. <br />Development Team <br />The Owner, North Broadway Housing Partners LP, is comprised of Jamboree Housing <br />Corporation and WISEPlace. The two non-profits shared a common vision for the development of <br />WISEPlace Permanent Supportive Housing and joined to combine expertise in development and <br />supportive services. Jamboree is the lead developer, while WISEPlace is the land owner, ground <br />lessor, and service provider. <br />Jamboree will own a 0.0065% interest and WISEPlace will own a 0.0035% interest.
