Exhibit A – Scope of Services <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />d. Contractor must have a storage space in DTSA to store cleaning equipment and <br />supplies (leased space is appropriate). Storage space must be secured and <br />maintained at Contractor’s sole expense. <br /> <br />e. Contractor may use water from City-owned facilities within Downtown Santa Ana <br />for the purpose of cleaning or traffic control equipment. <br /> <br />f. Contractor may consider the purchase of a Utility Golf Cart to use for maintenance <br />needs, traffic control equipment transportation, and other miscellaneous needs in <br />Downtown Santa Ana. The Utility Golf Cart would be purchased by the Contractor, <br />but would be the property of the City of Santa Ana. Maintenance services for Utility <br />Golf Cart including maintenance, repairs, and towing will be provided by the City <br />of Santa Ana’s Fleet Division at the City’s expense. The Utility Golf Cart must be <br />stored within Downtown Santa Ana or other City facilities as approved by the City. <br />Contractor must maintain and budget for insurance for the Utility Golf Cart <br />throughout the term of Agreement, in accordance with the Agreement. Staff that <br />operate the Utility Golf Cart must hold a valid California Driver’s License and be in <br />good standing. <br />EXHIBIT 2
