E. PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND ESTIMATES (PS&E) : Tasks 1-3 <br />1. Development of Plans Specifications and Estimate PS&E : <br />a) All reports, plans, specifications and quantity calculations shall conform to criteria, <br />policies, procedures and standards of the City. The Consultant shall use the <br />boilerplate for cut sheets, specifications and estimates provided by the City. <br />b) The plan development shall include four (4) milestone deliverables30% (Concept <br />Design), 60% (Design Development), 90% (Contract Documents: pre -final) and <br />100% (Contract Documents: final). The necessary plans for the PS&E package shall <br />include, but is not limited to: <br />■ Title Sheet <br />■ Civil Engineering (for current and future park expansion) <br />• Site Survey <br />• Horizontal and Vertical Control Plan <br />• Grading and On -Site Drainage Plan <br />• Site Utility Plan <br />■ Architectural and Structural Engineering <br />• Site plan showing Path of Travel (ADA) <br />• Building Foundation, Floor & Framing Plans <br />• Roof Framing Plan <br />• Reflected Ceiling Plan <br />• Interior & Exterior Elevations <br />• Building Sections <br />• Mechanical (HVAC) and Plumbing Plans/T-24 <br />• Electrical Plans (building and site), including photometrics <br />• Structural Engineering & Calculations <br />• Architectural and Structural Details <br />• Door/Window/Finish Schedules <br />■ Landscape Architectural <br />• Site Layout/Construction Plans and Details <br />Planting Plans/DetailslNotes, as applicable <br />h-rigation Plans/Details/Calculations/Notes, as applicable <br />c) All calculations for the design and quantities shall be submitted as part of the PS&E <br />submittal requirements. Quantities for all contract pay items shall be substantiated by <br />calculations. Quantity calculations shall be neat and orderly and shall show all <br />sketches, diagrams, and dimensions necessary to allow them to be independently used <br />by field inspectors during construction. All quantity calculations shall be <br />independently checked and substantiated with independent calculations. <br />d) Electronic files for all CADD (in Microstation V8i), reports, and calculations shall <br />be submitted at the end of the contract or when requested by the City. <br />City of Santa Ana RFP 22-106A <br />Page Al -2 <br />
