A residential property manager shall be one Site at all times that the project is occupied <br />and the developer' and -on -site managernerif shall at all times maintain a 24-hour <br />emergency contact and contact ►nformation o , file with the City;.. <br />13. Residents of both development sites in the Project (Site A and Site B)' shall have <br />access to resident amenities, onsite parking', and open space areas in both sites in <br />perpetuity. <br />14. No more than one individual lease shall be permitted per unit leasing of individual <br />bedrooms shall not be permitted. <br />15.A Property Maintenance; Agrrnent must be recorded against the property.
