<br />Mr_ Omar Dandashi has over 25 years
<br />of experience designing, managing,
<br />and estimating civil infrastructure
<br />projects, including city and county road
<br />construction, highways, bridges, paving,
<br />drainage, large and small diameter
<br />pipelines, and wet and dry utilities.
<br />Omar is the Senior Vice President of
<br />Blue Mountain Development, and he
<br />is responsible for multiple aspects of
<br />program management, construction
<br />administration, government agency
<br />negotiation, political and public
<br />relations, public utility relationship
<br />building, community outreach and
<br />communications, project finance
<br />and budget management, as well as
<br />extensive partnership -focused relations.
<br />Omar has established a strong
<br />working relationship with the City
<br />The value of Butier's CM team to the City of Santa
<br />Ana, Public Works Agency (City) will be in the
<br />collective experience and abilities of our individual
<br />members to provide independent, third -party CM and
<br />special inspection support services; meet the City's
<br />cost and schedule objectives; build upon strong
<br />relationships with project stakeholders; provide
<br />flexible staffing economies; and integrate the CM
<br />Team with City Operations Personnel.
<br />Project management and inspection responsibilities
<br />will be handled by the project team member best
<br />experienced to provide the needed service. The
<br />Project Manager will represent the City Construction
<br />Manager in the field and will be responsible for
<br />managing the project field office, field personnel, and
<br />subconsultants. Our Lead Field Inspector will
<br />implement the QA/QC program and prepare reports
<br />required to document daily activity.

<br />Corridor Improvements Project He is
<br />responsible for multiple stakeholder
<br />coordination, overseeing public
<br />relations and community outreach
<br />activities, and supervising the QA field
<br />inspection team.
<br />In addition, Omar was the Program/
<br />Construction Manager for the City of
<br />Ontario's Ontario Ranch — a 4,000-
<br />acre major expansion known as New
<br />Model Colony. The project Included
<br />S500-million of infrastructure
<br />components, including over 35
<br />miles of new roadways. underground
<br />infrastructure, bridges, water
<br />distribution. and parks for the 19,000-
<br />home residential community.
<br />In addition, all technical support, contracts
<br />administration, and project controls will fall under the
<br />Project Manager's responsibility with the assistance
<br />of the Contract Administrator.
<br />This is a more lean and efficient use of contract
<br />administration budgets by matching staff skills to
<br />project needs. Our CM team is vigilant during all
<br />phases of a project to meticulously document project
<br />activities and to minimize Contractor claims.
<br />With the use of Butier's sophisticated construction
<br />project management software, combined with our
<br />established relationships, we can streamline the
<br />review and approval processes. Omar will maintain
<br />direct access to key decision -makers and end -users,
<br />which will help keep the project moving. However, he
<br />will always receive approval from the Engineer.
