Mark M. Butier, Jr.
<br />Project Director/Community Outreach Support
<br />Throughout Mark Butier's 33-year career, he has
<br />focused on providing professional project
<br />management, construction management, and claims
<br />mitigation services on major water / wastewater
<br />treatment, storage, and transmission pipeline
<br />projects. He will meet with City representatives at
<br />key project milestones, as appropriate. In addition,
<br />Mark has served as the firm's contact between the
<br />field construction management staff/client and the
<br />project public outreach effort, when necessary. He
<br />has been responsible for generating, distributing,
<br />and presenting to numerous public boards and
<br />community associations dealing with the impact of
<br />construction activity on the local community.
<br />Casey Harris
<br />Senior Scheduler/Claims Analysis
<br />Casey has 45 years of experience as a project
<br />manager, resident engineer, scheduler, and
<br />estimator. His capital improvement project
<br />experience represents over $700 million in
<br />construction costs. He is an expert CPM scheduler
<br />and is proficient in Primavera Project Planner. He is
<br />currently performing as Senior Scheduler for the
<br />City's South Main Street Corridor Improvements.
<br />Steve Naylor, ACI, ICC
<br />Lead Field Inspector
<br />As a Senior Quality Control Inspector, Steve has
<br />managed the scheduling and daily field operations
<br />for various water capital improvement and public
<br />facility projects. He has over 30 years of field
<br />construction experience and is ICC certified in
<br />reinforced concrete with specific experience in code
<br />enforcement, performing inspections on
<br />reinforcement and concrete placement, shotcrete,
<br />high -strength non -shrink grout, and epoxy work on
<br />retrofitting. His broad range of experience includes
<br />wells, pump stations, reservoirs, treatment facilities,
<br />pipelines, and bridges.
<br />Bruce Phillips
<br />Electrical Inspector
<br />Bruce brings over 30 years of experience in
<br />industrial and commercial construction. He has
<br />focused the last 20 years of his career on providing

<br />start-up/commissioning services in water and
<br />wastewater treatment facilities, upstream oil and gas
<br />production, petroleum refining, petro-chemical, food
<br />processing and power generation.
<br />Frankie Alonso
<br />Field Inspector
<br />Mr. Alonso is a results -oriented, hands-on
<br />construction professional with 35 years of expertise
<br />in all facets of heavy civil infrastructure, particularly
<br />underground pipeline construction. He has a
<br />verifiable track record for the successful completion
<br />of projects through planning, organizing, and
<br />managing overall daily operations. He has the ability
<br />to identify, isolate, and eliminate work hazards.
<br />Bryan Wilson
<br />Contract Administrator
<br />Bryan will be responsible for the initial set up of
<br />Procore—a cloud based construction project
<br />management solution —to organize, manage, and
<br />control project documentation. He will provide
<br />training to project team members during the pre -
<br />construction phase and assist the Field Engineer at
<br />substantial completion with preparing the electronic
<br />project records for final submittal to the City.
<br />Kent Kreeger
<br />Mechanical/Start-Up/Commissioning
<br />Kent has over 30 years of direct QA Management
<br />experience providing inspection and engineering
<br />support of projects both domestic and overseas. He
<br />has direct experience in the hydroelectric, power
<br />generation, petrochemical and water industries
<br />providing engineering support in all aspects of rotating
<br />and stationary equipment operation and reliability.
<br />Kent has a proven track record managing domestic
<br />and overseas fabrication inspection assignments.
