<br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
<br />This project will provide for the removal of existing damaged
<br />pavement and reconstruction with Portland Cement Concrete (PCC)
<br />for alleys citywide.

<br />PROJECT NEED:
<br />The Citywide network of Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) and asphalt
<br />alleys is in extreme state of deterioration with the presence of
<br />numerous potholes, cracking, spelling, and uplifting. PCC pavement will
<br />eliminate the drainage problems associated with the asphalt pavement
<br />and provide a longer life for the alleys.
