The update focused on rethinking the city's transportation network, <br />focusing on moving people rather than cars, and making city streets safer for all <br />users of the transportation system. <br />IBC Trails Feasibility Study, Irvine, CA <br />Mr. Delo was the Project Manager of this feasibility study, examining the potential <br />for implementation of multi -use trails along rail and flood control channels. Project <br />included extensive community outreach for both residents and business in the Irvine <br />Business Complex. <br />Purple Line First/Last Mile Plan, Los Angeles, CA <br />Project Manager for this project involving the planning and community engagement <br />efforts for bicycle and pedestrian first/last mile improvements at seven subway <br />stations in West Los Angeles. <br />Agua Caliente Section 14 Complete Streets Plan, Palm Springs, CA <br />Project manager for this study focused on the development of a Complete Streets <br />plan and vision for the Section 14 Master Plan. <br />VTA Light Rail Station Access Studies, San Jose, CA <br />Project manager for two light rail station access studies in San Jose. Examined <br />strategies to improve bicycle and pedestrian access to the Blossom Hill and Tamien <br />stations. <br />Michigan Avenue Neighborhood Greenway, Santa Monica, CA <br />Mr. Delo was IBI Group's task lead for the conceptual design element for the <br />neighborhood greenway project. <br />SR-41/Ave 9 Sustainable Transportation Study, Fresno, CA <br />Project manager for this multi -modal sustainable transportation study identifying <br />recommendations for the SR-41 and Avenue 9 corridors in Fresno and Madera Counties. <br />IBI GROUP ON -CALL TRANSPORTATION AND TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES - RFP NO. 21-125 <br />
