Ms. Martinez's area of expertise lies within <br />transportation and land use planning, complete streets, active <br />transportation, and multimodal connectivity. Technical skills include <br />data management and analysis, and the application of GIS software, <br />including ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Online, for various project <br />types and needs. These often include data visualization, geospatial <br />analysis, and web tool or interactive map development. <br />Relevant Experience <br />Fresno -Madera State Route 41 & Avenue 9 Sustainable Corridors Study, <br />Fresno/Madera County, CA <br />IBI Group is conducting a study to identify sustainable and multimodal mobility <br />solutions for a quickly -growing region with increasing travel demand among <br />residents, commuters, and visitors. The study is particularly focused on expanding <br />mobility options for disadvantaged communities and overcoming barriers to mode <br />choice, such as socioeconomics, environmental pollution, health -related conditions, <br />and safety. Ms. Martinez developed an existing conditions report and produced maps <br />detailing current multimodal infrastructure, demographic data, travel conditions, and <br />historical collision data. She is also developing corridor improvement strategies for <br />the roadway, active transportation, and transit modes. <br />SCAG East San Gabriel Valley Mobility Action Plan, Los Angeles, CA <br />IBI Group is conducting a multi -modal planning study to identify near -term and <br />long-term sustainable mobility solutions for unincorporated portions of the East San <br />Gabriel Valley. The project includes a robust and creative community engagement <br />process. Ms. Martinez conducted an existing conditions analysis, prepared a <br />web map for public use, and is building a spatial data model using GIS to conduct <br />suitability analysis and identify geographic areas of high need. <br />Ventura County Transportation Commission Comprehensive <br />Transportation Plan, Ventura County, CA <br />IBI Group is developing an update to Ventura County Transportation Commission's <br />2013 Comprehensive Transportation Plan. The Plan will address local priorities and <br />opportunities to advance transportation and mobility throughout the County.
