We provide unarmed officers who conduct bicycle, foot, and vehicle patrols for the business improvement district. Officers provide visible deterrent to trespassing, vandalism, and illegal camping. They are also capable of community engagement, with customer service through active patrolling, and they respond to any calls for service. Felix Guerrero, our director of operations and local manager, began managing that project in 2017 while he was at his previous security company. In 2020, Patrol Solutions took over the contract and Felix was able to resume serving the contract. 8. Projects that Make Patrol Solutions Stand Out Patrol Solutions is a California-based regional security company which has proven to be resourceful with large scale capacity. Recent successes include ramping up multiple emergency response security programs. These programs include an 85-officer deployment in 1 week (City of San Francisco Human Services Agency), 10 armed officers in the same day (LA), and a 10 officer, 10 site deployment in 24 hours (Inland Empire and LA). Our management team is also experienced serving major government agencies throughout California, and we strive to be responsive to the shifting needs of clients. The City of SF HSA project which had a one-week startup period took place early on during the pandemic. It is a project that we are proud of being able to service because it was an emergency services project brought about by the shelter-in- place order. The project involved providing unarmed services for five city-managed hotels in downtown San Francisco which were serving as COVID-relief sites. Due to the nature of the project, that client needed services to begin within a week of signing the contract, and we were able to hire and train qualified officers. Although it would be a stretch to claim that everything at the start was executed flawlessly within such a short timeframe, we can say that we have been able to take every corrective action in response to the client’s needs, and that we still continue to serve that contract to this day, and that the client has been pleased with our services overall.
