Understanding of Need / Scope c <br />changes are made to the Santa Ana PMP database <br />the MyRoadsT"' dataset is changed to reflect work <br />history edits, PCI inspections and section changes. <br />In summary, MyRoadsTm allows the user perform <br />the following dynamic functions: <br />• Query specific <br />current/historic <br />inspection; <br />segment(s) to view <br />PCI, work history <br />• Filter for pavement sections within a zone, <br />PCI range and/or functional class; <br />• Select a pavement section or grouping of <br />section through the on -board GIS tool; <br />• Enter slurry, overlay & reconstruction unit <br />costs to determine preliminary cost of <br />maintenance and resulting citywide PCI <br />J <br />Display critical street / ROW assets <br />along pavement section(s) that are <br />critical to Engineering Bid development and solicitation (ADA ramps, utilities, <br />trees, etc. <br />• Displays all final GIS project maps (PCI, work history, 5-yr forecasted maintenance, etc.) <br />• Bucknam will train Santa Ana staff on the simply use of the MyRoadsTm dashboard <br />General Requirements <br />■ Bucknam agrees that project work shall be performed in conformance with the City <br />and OCTA's policies, procedures and standards <br />■ Bucknam shall have total responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of all <br />inspections performed and documents prepared. The documents provided under the <br />Agreement shall be of a quality acceptable to the City. The criteria for acceptance <br />shall be a product of neat appearance, well organized and technically and <br />grammatically correct. No assumption of the number of review rounds has been <br />taken <br />■ Bucknam will be using laptop/tablet based surveys (digital input/output); as a <br />deliverable a paper based forms shall be submitted to the City for the City's records or <br />the methodology for upload of electronic data collected shall be clearly defined and a <br />method for data verification provided <br />Project Deliverables <br />■ Updated Street5aver database within City's license cloud -based program(batch file <br />format delivery for OCTA; digital file on DVD/CD <br />■ Final PMP report; digital file on DVD/CD and 1 hard copy <br />City of Santa Ana 3-10 <br />Pavement Management Program Update <br />
