Relevant Project Experience <br />Relevant Project Experience <br />The following project experience presents our description of work, its relevance in completing <br />similar projects for numerous other agencies, OCTA Measure M & M2, Prop. A, and METRO <br />compliance, PMP experience, PMP software training expertise, and the broad knowledge of our <br />pavement project team. Our project team brings over 75 years of public/private engineering <br />and data management experience to the City of Santa Ana. This includes over 500 PMP projects <br />covering turn -key projects, simply training of City staff with pavement management methods, <br />County Measure/Proposition compliancy, financial strategies and Capital Improvement <br />Programs. <br />Mr. Peter Bucknam, our Project Manager, has worked with over seven (7) San Diego County <br />local agencies, over half the cities within Orange County and 30+ Los Angeles county cities <br />regarding pavement management projects. Over the past twenty-two years, Mr. Bucknam has <br />worked on numerous projects similar to Santa Ana's current PMP project. We have listed four <br />(4) similar pavement management projects that cover the same task descriptions as listed in <br />your RFP: <br />1. 2000/25 — City of Rancho Santa Margarita, "Citywide Pavement Management Program" <br />2. 2013/21 —City of San Juan Capistrano, "Citywide Pavement Management Program —GIS <br />3. 1998/22 — City of Fountain Valley, "Citywide Pavement Management Program — GIS" <br />4. 2011/16 —City of Santa Ana, "Citywide Pavement Management Program" <br />Bucknam Infrastructure Group, Inc. <br />Citywide Pavement Management Program Update <br />City of Rancho Santa Margarita (FY 2000-2025) — StreetSaver <br />Mr. Wilson Leung, P.E., Principal Engineer— (949) 635-1800 x.6506 <br />22112 El Paseo, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688 wleung@cityofrsm.org <br />Over the past nineteen years, our Project Manager (Mr. Peter Bucknam) has overseen/managed <br />18 PMP projects for the City of Rancho Santa Margarita. In this span of time the City has <br />increased their overall PCI from the mid-60's to the mid-80's and has been able to sustain the <br />PMP at a high-level of condition. <br />During this time, until 2015, the City utilized MicroPAVER software to manage the PMP; through <br />Bucknam's 2015 project RSM converted to StreetSaver. Bucknam has assisted RSM with four <br />additional StreetSaver / OCTA deliveries since 2015. <br />We have just signed a new five (5) year contract with the City for PMP services. <br />City of Santa Ana 4-1 <br />Pavement Management Program Update <br />
