SANTA ANA DOG PARK, CITY OF SANTA ANA DVD <br />6 <br />UNDERSTANDING OF NEED <br />animation, will be prepared for presentation to your civic leaders. <br />This fi nal package will include a letter report explaining the design <br />elements and a budget estimate for construction. <br />The David Volz Design team has lead similar park design processes <br />for municipal parks in hundreds of Southern California communities. <br />This work will be similar to our commission at your Santiago Park, <br />Gas House area and the six splash pad parks we are currently under <br />designing across your town. We have considerable knowledge of <br />your unique city, our team treasures our past work with your staff <br />and we look forward to working with you on this exciting new facility <br />at Centennial Park. <br />CONCEPT PLANNING PROGRAM ELEMENTS <br />1.
