The General Plan Update should <br />reflect the vision of the community and not read so much as a developer's handbook. We deserve the <br />"Shared Vision"for Santa Ana. <br />Too much emphasis is being placed on the focus areas and not enough on the rest of the City. <br />Thank you for your thoughtful consideration.
