City of Santa Ana <br />RFP., Homeless Navigation Center <br />Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria: <br />9 Completeness and accuracy of the completed proposal forms, and requested <br />narratives. <br />0 Applicant has demonstrated organization's experience serving persons experiencing <br />homelessness and managing an emergency shel-ter/navigation center program, <br />a Demonstrated experience in providing services and operating a shelter/navigation <br />center program similar in nature to the proposed Homeless Navigatlon Center. <br />0 Ability of project design to achieve desired project outcomes, <br />105 points total are possible.
