Exhibit B Section 5 — Hourly Rates and Cost Summary The cost summaries Iisted below is all-inclusive of the work and costs that the team will undertake. The only exception to this proposal is the translation of documents into Spanish, Mandarin, and other possible languages, and the team would be happy to work with City staff to ensure such translation occurs in a timely manner as previously outlined in Section 4 of the proposal. Typically, this can be accomplished quickly by dovetailing on an existing City of Santa Ana or Orange County contract.
