The City will make <br />available additional resources as needed for the implementation to be successful. Multiple City roles can be filled by the same person. <br />Project Sponsor <br />• Ultimate responsibility for the success of the project <br />• Create an environment that promotes project buy-in <br />• Drive the project through all levels of the City <br />• High-level oversight throughout project duration <br />• Primary escalation point to address project issues <br />Project Manager <br />• Overall administration, coordination, communication, and decision-making <br />• Plan, schedule, coordinate and track the implementation with Contractor and internally <br />• Ensure the City stays focused, tasks are completed on schedule, and project stays on track <br />Division / Departmental <br />Business Leads <br />A user representative for each affected department must be appointed to facilitate analysis and configuration and <br />serve as Decision Maker for that group. <br />*These critical appointments may well determine the success of the implementation for their respective areas. <br />• Attend requirements workshop sessions <br />• Willing and able to gather data and make decisions about business processes <br />• Assist in creation of reports, interfaces and conversions <br />• Review and test the system configuration <br />• Participate in the implementation of the Clariti solution <br />Division / Departmental <br />Subject Matter Experts (SME) <br />• Be trained on the Clariti platform <br />• Be fully engaged in the business analysis and system configuration activities <br />• Assist internal efforts towards the creation of reports, interfaces & conversions
