Thomas Air Conditioning, Inc. is in a unique position to provide HVAC <br />Maintenance and Repair for The City. As a contractor that has bene doing business with <br />the City for the past 20 years, we also have established routines, service procedures, and <br />access points allowing for successful outcomes. <br />Most of our technicians have been with our company for over 20+ years and can work on <br />equipment ranging from package units and split systems to chillers, air handlers and <br />Johnson FX systems. We currently have 20 technicians who can respond to your job <br />sites for emergency and non -emergency service calls. We are a class B general <br />contractor with additional licenses in C-20 Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, C- <br />4 Boilers, as well as in C-38 Refrigeration. <br />Our technicians are all factory certified and receive ongoing training to ensure that they <br />perform to the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, our technicians bring <br />their work vehicles home with them each night; our response time to emergency and non - <br />emergency situations is outstanding because we are able to respond to calls in a timely <br />fashion. Emergency calls are responded to within 2 hours, which is within your range of <br />needed service. <br />Our dispatcher is a former service technician of 19 years and has an intimate knowledge <br />of the types of maintenance and service issues that occur with the City. Due to his <br />knowledge, he can evaluate the trouble call request and dispatch the proper technician to <br />the call. During normal working hours (Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30pm), he <br />is able to dispatch a technician to any of your job sites. During off hours, we also have <br />an answering service which alerts our on -call technicians to respond immediately. <br />
