■ Project -Related Fair -Share Contribution — The proposed Project's percentage of net traffic <br />impact ranges from 12.30% to 100.00%. This percentage represents the Project's "fair -share" <br />cost responsibility associated with the implementation of the recommended mitigation measures. <br />■ CMP Compliance Assessment — The three percent limit is not exceeded at any of the three (3) <br />key roadway segments and therefore a CMP analysis is not required. <br />
