Pursuant to Section 15162(a)(3) of the CEQA <br />Guidelines, this column indicates whether the prior environmental document provides mitigation <br />measures to address effects in the related impact category. In some cases, the mitigations have <br />already been implemented. <br />Discussion and Mitigation Sections. A discussion of the elements of the checklist is provided <br />under each environmental category in order to clarify and provide support for the answers. The <br />discussion provides information about the particular environmental issue, how the Project relates <br />to the issue, and the status of any mitigation that may be required or that has already been <br />implemented. Applicable mitigation measures from the Certified EIR that apply to the Project are <br />listed under each environmental category. <br />Conclusions.
