4.1.4 Any new information of substantial importance that demonstrates that the Project <br />would result in new significant impacts or substantial increase in the severity of significant <br />impacts? <br />There is no new information of substantial importance that has become available relative to visual <br />or aesthetic resources that would result in new or more severe significant environmental impacts. <br />4.1.5 EIR's Mitigation Measures Addressing Impact <br />The Project would implement Mitigation Measures MM-OZ 4.1-1, MM-OZ 4.1-2, MM-OZ 4.1-3, <br />and MM-OZ 4.1-4. <br />4.1.6 Conclusion <br />Based on the above, no new significant aesthetics impacts or a substantial increase in previously <br />identified aesthetic impacts would occur as a result of the Project.
