Projects that are <br />considered to be consistent with the AQMP would not interfere with attainment, because this <br />growth is included in the projections used to formulate the AQMP. Therefore, projects, uses, and <br />activities that are consistent with the applicable assumptions used in the development of the <br />AQMP would not jeopardize attainment of the air quality levels identified in the AQMP, even if <br />they exceed the SCAQMD's recommended daily emissions thresholds. <br />Projects that are consistent with the projections of employment and population forecasts identified <br />in the Growth Management Chapter of SCAG's 1996 Regional Comprehensive Plan and Guide <br />Cabrillo Town Center City of Santa Ana <br />Technical Memorandum August 2023 <br />City Council 18 — 502 10/3/2023 <br />
