Finally, in the Project Site area, existing telephone service is typically provided by AT&T, and <br />existing cable television/internet is typically provided by Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable). <br />The Project Site could be served by existing telecommunications facilities that are available in the <br />Project Site area and would not require new or expanded facilities. Therefore, Project impacts <br />related to telecommunications facilities would be less than significant. <br />4.18.3 Any substantial changes in circumstances involving new significant impacts or <br />substantial increase in the severity of significant impacts that will require major revisions <br />of the Certified EIR? <br />No substantial changes in the circumstances related to utilities and service systems have <br />occurred within the vicinity of the Project since the certification of the Certified EIR that would <br />result in new or more severe significant environmental impacts. <br />4.18.4 Any new information of substantial importance that demonstrates that the Project <br />would result in new significant impacts or substantial increase in the severity of significant <br />impacts? <br />There is no new information of substantial importance that has become available relative to <br />utilities and service systemsthat would result in new or more severe significant environmental <br />impacts related to utilities. <br />4.18.5 Mitigation Measures Addressing Impacts <br />The Project would implement Mitigation Measures MM-OZ 4.13-1 and MM-OZ 4.13-2 from the <br />Certified EIR. <br />4.18.6 Conclusion <br />Based on the above, no new significant utilities and service system impacts or a substantial <br />increase in previously identified utility impacts would occur as a result of the Project.
