Technical Experience <br />SYRUSA has the technical expertise necessary to <br />analyze and oversee the phasing and staging of this <br />Project in order to eliminate and mitigate conflicts <br />while minimizing disruptions to traffic. Our project <br />history includes providing construction management <br />services on projects with similar complex staging, <br />maintenance of traffic (MOT), utility relocations, <br />jack and bore receiving pits, shoring, and pre- <br />cast bridges. We have first-hand experience <br />and understanding of Caltrans, Caltrans Local <br />Assistance Porcedures Manual (LAPM) Cal -OSHA, <br />and Greenbook practices and procedures. <br />15 SYRUSA is currently managing all structures <br />work, leading quality management and providing <br />inspectors for SBCTA's $679 million 1-10 Corridor <br />Design Experience <br />Our firm has a history of applying our construction <br />expertise during the pre -construction phase and <br />leveraging our design experience to conduct <br />effective constructability reviews in order to improve <br />a project's schedule, budget, quality, safety, and <br />reduce project impacts. Our team's personnel <br />are experienced at reviewing project plans, <br />specifications, estimates, permits, technical reports, <br />and conducting constructability reviews in order <br />to provide alternative means and methods prior to <br />construction. <br />0 SYRUSA was on the construction management <br />team for the City of Corona's Auto Center Drive <br />Express Lanes Design -Build Project. This project <br />includes extensive staging and phasing in order to <br />widen 11 miles of existing 1-10, add eight new <br />bridges and improvements on 16 bridges, 20 miles of <br />new or reconstructed retaining walls and sound <br />walls, as well as reconstruction and/or modification <br />of existing ramps at 10 interchanges, seven local <br />arterials, and 24 structures. All while keeping five <br />lanes of traffic open during construction in a heavily <br />populated area. <br />Grade Separation Project. This project was <br />completed ahead of schedule and below budget, <br />in part due to nearly $2 million in savings from <br />constructability reviews. The project received the <br />CMAA 2017 Project Achievement Award for <br />achievement in the practice of construction <br />management. <br />Construction Management Experience <br />SYRUSA has first-hand experience enforcing <br />contract requirements that comply with Federal <br />funding guidelines and requirements, and we <br />are extremely knowledgeable of the State's <br />Construction Manual, State's Local Assistance <br />Manual (LAMP), OCFCD encroachment permit/ <br />requirements, and other agency regulatory permit <br />requirements included in this Project. Our firm <br />specializes in delivering construction management, <br />inspection, and contract administration services on <br />similar bridge and roadway construction projects in <br />order to ensure conformance, maintain the project <br />schedule for timely work completion, minimize <br />impacts to the public, and keep the public moving. <br />SYRUS <br />Q On the OCPW Oso/Crown Valley Parkway <br />Project, SYRUSA coordinated with the community to <br />communicate the construction schedule and <br />potential impacts in order to maintain bike, <br />pedestrian, and vehicle flow along a very busy <br />street, all while protecting the Trabuco Creek and <br />Arroyo Trabuco Wilderness Area below the bridge. <br />PAGE I4/ <br />
