SUBCONSULTANTS
<br />To complement and augment our team, SYRUSA
<br />has partnered with subconsultants that have proven
<br />experience and were selected for their competence
<br />and ability to deliver this Project for the City. We
<br />have a history of working with many of these firms
<br />and our team includes certified Disadvantage
<br />Business Enterprises (DBEs), enabling our team to
<br />meet the City's 7% DBE goal.
<br />Coast Surveying, Inc.
<br />COAST SURVEYING, INC. (Coast) specializes in
<br />surveying, mapping,
<br />aerial photogrammetry, and right-of-way mapping
<br />and will provide surveying services to the City as
<br />needed. Approximately 95% of the firm's work is for
<br />public agencies throughout Southern California.
<br />Coast is a Certified DBE, Small Business
<br />Enterprise (SBE), and Minority Business
<br />Enterprise (MBE) and has a staff of highly qualified
<br />and licensed professional land surveyors. Coast has
<br />delivered many projects as both prime and sub -
<br />consultant performing on -call requests and
<br />providing surveying services for various civil
<br />engineering and property -related projects. The firm
<br />has worked with multiple public agencies throughout
<br />Southern California including Metro, California
<br />High -Speed Rail, LAWA, Caltrans District 12, and
<br />OCTA.
<br />CONNECT Connect & Company
<br />&um,,,ryI,aWNMI, P.,. (Connect) is a certified DBE
<br />and will collaborate with the
<br />City of Santa Ana's team to develop and implement
<br />a strategic community outreach plan to provide
<br />current and relevant project information in English
<br />and Spanish to key audiences including; emergency
<br />services, elected officials, City staff, key
<br />stakeholders, businesses, residents in the project
<br />area and the community at large. Since 2018,
<br />Connect specializes in providing bilingual
<br />community outreach for large transportation
<br />infrastructure projects in Southern California for
<br />clients including Caltrans District 8, Riverside
<br />County Transportation Department, multiple city
<br />governments and multiple construction management
<br />teams. Andrea Suarez, Connect's Founder and
<br />Principal, has a long history of providing effective
<br />and relevant community outreach and public
<br />relations for government agencies both as a staff
<br />SYRUSA
<br />PIO and a Consultant. Connect has provided these
<br />services on similar projects such as the Scott
<br />Road/1-215 Interchange Project in Menifee in 2020
<br />and the Avenue 66 Grade Separation project in
<br />Mecca, CA in 2021. They're currently completing
<br />outreach for the Ramona Expressway Concrete
<br />Median Project near Perris, working on the Hamner
<br />Avenue and Bridge Project in Norco and the Jurupa
<br />Road Grade Separation project in Jurupa Valley.
<br />®EsiDynamic Engineering Services, Inc.
<br />(DESI) has specialized in providing
<br />construction management, contract
<br />administration, and quality assurance inspection
<br />services to cities, counties, state, and transportation
<br />agencies for the past eight years. The firm will be
<br />providing electrical inspection services as part of
<br />SYRUSA's team. All of DESI's staff are specialize in
<br />electrical Inspection including bridge lighting
<br />systems and they are extremely experienced with
<br />GREEN BOOK and Caltrans Standards as well as
<br />LAPM procedures and guidelines. Their staff all
<br />have more than 20 years experience working on
<br />public works projects that include Indio - Jefferson
<br />Street I/C, Cathedral City -Cathedral Canyon Bridge
<br />Over White Water, La Quinta - Dune Palms Bridge,
<br />Eastvale - Limonite I/C, Irvine - Venta Spur POC
<br />Bridge, RCTD/Corona-River Road Bridge. DESI is a
<br />Certified DBE, SBE), Women -Owned and Minority
<br />Business Enterprise (W/MBE), and Underutilized
<br />Business Enterprise (UDBE).

<br />EruvieoNM E is a DBE certified principal -led,
<br />woman -owned environmental
<br />and urban planning firm, specializing in regulatory
<br />compliance, biological construction monitoring,
<br />water quality, permitting, and mitigation. The firm will
<br />provide oversight and regulatory compliance;
<br />assigning species -specific Biologists for on -going
<br />biological monitoring and reporting requirements
<br />pursuant to 4011404/1602 permits; and Consultants,
<br />and Planners for environmental permit compliance
<br />inspections and translation services for Worker
<br />Environmental Awareness Trainings (WEAT).
<br />Ge6de has a proven track record of delivering a full
<br />suite of CEQA/NEPA and planning services. Geode
<br />and it's staff have provided on -call environmental
