PROPOSED PERSONNEL <br />SYRUSA has selected personnel and organized our team to best manage the Project services. We've <br />identified staff that are capable of supporting Project goals related to schedule, budget, quality, and <br />partnership. Our key and additional personnel ensure that at every level our team has the ability to plan <br />and deliver this Project successfully for the City. Detailed personnel resumes are included in the Appendix. <br />Key Personnel <br />The key personnel will be dedicated to the project for it's entirety. <br />25 <br />10% <br />• More than 20 years of experience <br />on similar bridge replacement <br />and roadway widening and <br />improvement projects <br />• Oversight and management on <br />roughly 650 bridges throughout <br />Southern California <br />• Approximately $10 billion in <br />projects managed <br />• Working with Caltrans <br />• Bridge demo and widening <br />• Agency coordination <br />• Traffic/safety coordination <br />• ADA compliance <br />• Community engagement <br />"We have been very fortunate to have Jerry <br />working with us the last 6 months and I know <br />that well find out at some point what the next <br />round is for District 12, but want to thank you on <br />behalf of myself and the entire OCTA staff for <br />continuing the coordination, a lot of hard things <br />to do and we really appreciate it, so thank you <br />Jerry." <br />Darrell Johnson OCTA CEO <br />SYRUSA W <br />Responsibilities: Jerry will serve as the primary contact person to <br />represent SYRUSA.He is licensed Professional Civil Engineer in <br />the State of California and will leverage his in-depth understanding <br />of Caltrans construction practices and procedures along with his <br />thorough understanding of Cal -OSHA requirements. As the Project <br />Manager, he is responsible for reviewing, monitoring, training, and <br />providing general direction for all of our team's personnel. Jerry will <br />assign personnel to the Project on an as -needed basis, ensuring <br />that all tasks are delivered within budget. He is also responsible for <br />preparing monthly reports for the City. <br />Jerry has 25 years of diverse engineering and construction <br />management experience including planning, local assistance, <br />design, construction, and maintenance across 650 large, complex <br />bridge structure projects throughout Orange County and the Inland <br />Empire with a combined value of $10 billion. His responsibilities <br />have included managing large complex structure projects while <br />serving in various roles for Caltrans such as District 12 Director <br />in Orange County, Clean California Statewide Coordinator, and <br />Tunnels and Tubes Director in the Bay Area. Working closely with <br />multiple government agencies, including SECT& RCTC, TCA, OCTA <br />and Caltrans, Jerry has a solid history of providing excellent services <br />to public transportation agencies. <br />Relevant Experience <br />• Senior Bridge Engineer on SR-22 Design -Build I Caltrans <br />D12 I $550M Jerry was responsible for all the structure work, <br />providing acceptance and closure of non-conformance reports on <br />this project that included multiple new and replacement bridges, <br />over and undercrossings, structures and road and freeway <br />widening. <br />Area Construction Manager on Barton Road Bridge <br />Replacement CM/GC I Caltrans D8 1 $55M Jerry managed <br />staff, project coordination, and project compliance for this bridge <br />replacement project with street improvements, utility upgrades, <br />and on- and off -ramp improvements to enhance movement of <br />travelers on 1-215. <br />PAGE 17A <br />
